Born in St-Jean-Bosco, Sorel PQ in Sep 1956, Danielle joined the Canadian Navy in 1973.

Posting history included following:  CFB St-jean Oct 1973, CFLS St-Jean Jan 1974, CFFS Halifax Jul 1974, HMCS Assiniboine Dec 1974, CFFS Esquimalt Jun 1977, HMCS Restigouche Oct 1979, HMCS/Submarine Okanagan Jun 1980. Completed Submarine Certification while serving onboard HMCS Okanagan, and also served HMCS/Submarine Ojibwa Jun 1981, CFB Halifax Jan 1982, HMCS Preserver Jan 87, CFB Greenwood Jul 1987, CCUNDOF Dec 1987, CFS Shelburne Oct 1989 and CFB Cornwallis Mar 1992. 

Danielle completed the UPTA Course (Unit Physical Training Assistant)  in 1978 when posted at CFB Esquimalt Recreation Centre and Qualified PERI TQ5A (Physical Education & Recreation Instructor) in Jun 82.

Qualified with National Coaching certification program level II in Volleyball, Gymnastic, Softball and Track & Field, Windsurfing instructor, RLSS and Red Cross Swimming and Small Craft Safety Instructor and Trainer.  Retired from CFB Cornwallis as a PO2.  

Military Awards: SSM (Nato), CPSM, UNDOF, CD

Danielle has been working with the Canadian Corps of Commissionaire since Jun 2000 and also received the CLSM in 2012

Member, Webmaster (Ypres Unit), Memberships Coordinator and also received the Old Guard status with the 3rdCAV (Canadian Army Veteran Motorcycle Units) and Canadian Association of Veterans in United Nations Peacekeeping Calgary Chapter.
